The Weheat Blackbird P80 heat pump (and presumably other Weheat models) do not rely on a thermostat to decide they heating curve. Rather, they use a thermostat to report room setpoint (msgid 16) and room temperature (msgid 24) to use as variables in their own algorithm. If you use OTGW in standalone mode, without a thermostat, the Weheat unit complains that it doesn't receive a room temperature from the thermostat. It would be nice to support these devices in standalone gateway mode and use an external sensor to feed current room temperature into the OTGW. For example, an 'RT' command could be added, so we could use RT=21.5 for example to make OTGW start sending msgid 24 with the provided value to the boiler on regular intervals.
